Safe Kids is committed to keeping you informed about recalls of products that can put kids at risk. This recall report includes bassinets that pose fall and entrapment hazards to babies and activity toys with pieces that can detach and cause choking hazards. Updates to the Food Recalls

Three recalls of food products more likely to be on a kids’ menu can be found on the right-hand side. Here are links for all food/drug recall information announced by the Food and Drug Administration and the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service.

July 22, 2020 CPSC: Manhattan Toy recalled its “Manhattan Ball” Activity Toys. The toy’s plastic tubes can detach from the center ball and release the small silicone "teethers", posing a choking hazard to young children. July 30, 2020: Hasbro recalled two models of its Super Soaker water blasters because the decorative sticker on the water tank may contain levels of lead exceeding regulatory limits. July 23, 2020 CPSC: Willis Electric recalled its Home Accents Holiday artificial Christmas trees because their foot-pedal controller can overheat, posing a burn hazard. July 16, 2020 CPSC: Rocky Mountain Bicycles recalled its Non-Electric Alloy Frame Instinct bikes, Instinct BC and Pipeline bicycles because their front frame triangle can crack and cause separation of the head tube from the frame, posing fall and injury hazards.
